An iconic beauty of the ’80s

Christie Brinkley became one of the most recognizable faces of the ’80s, appearing on major magazine covers and becoming especially famous for her appearances in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit and Billy Joel’s “Uptown Girl” music video.

Now, decades later, Christie is still making headlines.

At 72 years old, she recently made a stunning return to the runway at New York Fashion Week — her first runway appearance in seven years. She walked in a glamorous Dennis Basso gown during the designer’s Spring/Summer 2027 show.

She also stars alongside Steve Guttenberg in the new movie American Summer, which was released in September 2026.

From an unforgettable ’80s beauty to a star still turning heads today…
