An Arkansas mother and her adult son were charged with felony incest after family members reportedly discovered the pair together at a home in Bono on July 4, 2024.
Crystal Lynn Fallis, 45, and her son, Austin Dennis Lee Casey, 27, were accused of engaging in a sexual relationship, according to court documents.
The incident reportedly came to light twice on the same afternoon.
Court records say Casey’s brother had been drinking with the family before falling asleep. When he woke up, he reportedly discovered his mother and brother together. He then left the home and went to a neighbor’s house to contact police.
Later, Fallis’ husband returned from work. According to the documents, he also discovered what had happened after arriving home.
Police eventually responded to the residence, and bodycam footage captured the aftermath. The footage shows the husband appearing visibly shocked and distressed as officers dealt with the situation.
Casey reportedly left the property before police arrived but was later located and arrested. Fallis was arrested at the home.
Both were charged with incest, classified as a Class C felony under Arkansas law, and were reportedly held on $35,000 bonds. A no-contact order was also issued.
The case gained renewed attention after bodycam footage was released and subsequently circulated across social media. Publicly available reports provide limited information about the case’s eventual outcome.
