William Shatner issues dire warning to fans as he celebrates 95th birthday

He explained that animals which took millions — even billions — of years to evolve are now disappearing because of human activity, adding that the planet is beautiful, fragile, and deeply connected, but people are destroying it.

The actor urged people not to ignore the problem, stressing that there is still time to make a difference — but only if action is taken now.

“It’s tragic,” he continued. “This beautiful planet that is so gorgeous and so interconnected, we’re killing it, and we have a chance to stop that.”

The video ended with a simple statement from PETA, saying, “Please go vegan. Every animal is someone.”

Shatner has never been one to stay quiet, and even in his tenth decade, he continues to use his voice for causes he believes in.

Throughout his career, he has spoken about environmental issues, animal welfare, and the importance of protecting the world for future generations. Fans have often praised the star for his willingness to stand up for what he thinks is right.
