Mark Zuckerberg Shocks Users by Removing Transgender and Non-Binary Themes from Messenger

Mark Zuckerberg’s company, Meta, has made a change by removing transgender and nonbinary themes from its Messenger app.

The app’s “themes” feature lets users change the look and colors of their chats. The “trans” and “nonbinary” themes used the colors of the transgender and nonbinary flags.

Inside the company, employees are upset about this decision.

These themes, which celebrated LGBTQ+ identities, have been removed. This move aligns with Meta’s recent decisions to allow more hate speech and reduce diversity efforts.

Critics argue that this change is part of a growing trend that supports conservative views over inclusion.
