The sisters quickly proved their talent, sweeping local competitions before advancing to the national stage. While clogging exists in various forms around the world, the style that Lauren and Kaylee excel in is uniquely American, meaning their competitions remain domestic. This might be a blessing in disguise, as it allows them time for education and other pursuits alongside their demanding dance schedules.
In addition to competing, the girls have made appearances on popular TV shows like Nickelodeon’s *Figure It Out* and a modern version of *The Gong Show.* It’s an impressive résumé for two girls who spent much of their childhood honing their craft.
