Kate Hudson makes candid confession about cosmetic procedures

Kate Hudson has spoken candidly about her beauty regime, and also decided to come clean about those cosmetic procedure rumors…

The 44-year-old actress has said that her youthful appearance can be attributed to her diligent skincare routine, commitment to exercise, and occasional cosmetic procedures.

Candidly sharing her skincare secrets, Hudson offered insights into her morning and nighttime skincare rituals, focusing on simplicity and effectiveness.

Skincare and fitness routines
The Glass Onion star spoke to Glamour magazine about what she does to maintain a youthful glow, saying that she chooses to never wash her face in the morning.

“I don’t ever wash my face in the morning. I just wash my face with water. I find that my face gets too stripped when I’m washing it too much — it gets all dull and weird. You know, water does a good job, and the washcloth is a little exfoliating,” she explained.

However, when it comes to her nighttime skincare regimen, Hudson, daughter of actress Goldie Hawn, washes her face twice.

One of the most important aspects of her routine is ensuring that her skincare products have clean and safe ingredients, with the mother-of-three saying: “No one had ever told me what was in my products. I decided, whatever I can control, I’m going to change the way that I approach it. And so skin care and makeup is number one.”

When it comes to fitness, Hudson says she prefers low-impact workouts like yoga, Pilates, and walking. Though, it’s not just the skincare and fitness routines that keep Hudson looking youthful, as she also made a confession about having plastic surgery.

Cosmetic surgery confessions
Despite maintaining a natural appearance, Hudson has openly discussed her occasional use of cosmetic treatments like laser procedures to rejuvenate her skin – though, fans have speculated whether these procedures extend to botox and filler.

One of her fans hit out at the actress following her confession, saying: “I thought you were natural. I still adore you, but this adds to the pressures of young girls to be effing perfect.”

Still, Hudson has a playful side. In fact, in 2021 she teased fans with a video showcasing a digitally altered version of herself, humorously showing how she might look if she explored plastic surgery on a more extreme scale.
