Just a few years ago, Toxii Daniëlle had long blonde hair, soft makeup and little to no visible body modifications. Today, she is covered in extensive tattoos and has undergone a series of dramatic body modifications, including nose removal, a split tongue, tattooed eyes and horn-like forehead implants.

Toxii has also revealed that she keeps her removed body parts in small jars. She said her nose removal was the most painful modification she experienced and that the healing process took around eight weeks.

When asked what inspired her transformation, she explained that she likes being imperfect and believes imperfections make people unique. Her before-and-after photos show just how dramatically her appearance has changed over the years.
