Virginia Giuffre recalls first meeting with Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago

Sex trafficking victim Virginia Giuffre’s memoir was released posthumously on Tuesday. Many stories about Prince Andrew and what she had to go through are in the book, and in fact, Donald Trump is also mentioned. Giuffre recalls her first meeting with Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago, where she worked at the time.

Virginia Giuffre took her life earlier this year. The sex trafficking victim, a survivor of late convicted sex traffickers Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, just released her memoir, Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice posthumously and the content was shocking.

Just days before its release, Prince Andrew, with whom Giuffre met and had sexual exchanges several times, denounced his royal titles. Reports suggested that King Charles had just hours before warned him about what could happen if Andrew didn’t act on his own.

“In discussion with The King, and my immediate and wider family, we have concluded the continued accusations about me distract from the work of His Majesty and the Royal Family. I have decided, as I always have, to put my duty to my family and country first. I stand by my decision five years ago to stand back from public life,” Andrew wrote in the statement.

“With His Majesty’s agreement, we feel I must now go a step further. I will therefore no longer use my title or the honours which have been conferred upon me. As I have said previously, I vigorously deny the accusations against me.”

President Donald Trump has been accused of being involved with Jeffrey Epstein. The now somewhat mythical “Esptein Files” has not been fully released, and Donald Trump is not guilty until proven otherwise. He has denied knowledge of Epstein and Maxwell’s activities.

Sex trafficking Virginia Giuffre recalls first meeting with ‘friendly’ Donald Trump
However, he is mentioned by Giuffre in her newly released memoir. The late victim recalled the first encounter she had with Ghislaine Maxwell as well as Donald Trump at the president’s Mar-a-Lago resort in 2000.

She, together with her father, was responsible for the air conditioning units in hotel rooms and the clay tennis courts.

“I remember he gave me a brief tour before presenting me to the hiring manager who — after I passed both a drug test and a polygraph — agreed to take me on,” Giuffre wrote, per CBS, explaining that she met Trump a few days after she had begun working at the resort..

“They weren’t friends exactly. But Dad worked hard, and Trump liked that,” Giuffre said, adding that the then real estate mogul “couldn’t have been friendlier, telling me it was fantastic I was there.”

Trump also asked Giuffre if she had babysat and mentioned families with children who stayed in nearby properties.

Virginia Giuffre shares message to the world
In her memoir, Virginia wrote about the abuse she had to go through and how it affected her. She concluded by sending a message to the world.

“Don’t be fooled by those in Epstein’s circle who say they didn’t know what Epstein was doing,” Giuffre wrote, per CBS. “Anyone who spent any significant amount of time with Epstein saw him touching girls in ways you wouldn’t want a creepy old man touching your daughter. They can say they didn’t know he was raping children. But they were not blind. (Not to mention the fact that many prominent people were still associating with him years after).”

Virgina Giuffre concluded she was happy about writing the book.

“I don’t regret it, but the constant telling and retelling has been extremely painful and exhausting,” she said.
