Tylor Chase, who appeared in the role of Martin Qwerly in the Nickelodeon show Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide was seen living on the streets of Los Angeles by an influencer who goes by the name of ‘Lethal.’

Chase, who is now 36 years old, appeared dishevelled and homeless. A video of him went viral which left fans shocked at the current state of the talented former child star.

A fundraiser was launched and quickly collected $1,207. The influencer who spearheaded the cause showed how she helped give the former actor a makeover but was met with negative comments on how the makeover did little for his deeper issues.

She explained in a video that the $1,207 she made from the fundraiser were spent over the course of one day she spent with Tylor.

She begins her video with carrying bags of clothes which include jackets, pants, shoes, and a backpack. She says that each of the purchased item was bought keeping Chase in mind.

She stated in the video, “Today I spent all day giving him a refresh. It’s such a blessing for God to use me as a vessel to help bless someone.”

She also showed herself on camera, washing the former child actor’s hair on the street. She rinses and lathers product into his scalp and hair, and uses a plastic water bottle to help with the rinsing.

The next clip shows a visibly emotional Chase who is handed each piece of clothing.

He offers thanks as those behind the camera encourage him to try on his new clothes.

“Thank you so much, these are so pretty,” he is heard saying on camera. The video ends with a shot of the three of them together, smiling for the camera.

The video also had a link of the fundrasier initially set up. While the link was there, the fundraiser was locked as it had reached its goal and raised $1,207.

The GoFundMe had promises initially however, a lot more than a bath and some new clothes.“This fundraiser is dedicated to helping him with safe housing, food, basic necessities, and the resources he needs to get back on his feet,” the campaign had read.

“Every donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference in giving Tylor hope and stability as he works toward a brighter future.”

But in the video which showcased what had been done with donations, viewers merely saw Tylor Chase recieving new clothes and a hairwash.

While the fundraiser promises something else, people were still supporting her for how she went out of her way to help the struggling former child actor.

“The update I was waiting for! Thank you so much! You are blessed forever. I know he probably feels the love of everyone wanting to help and support him,” one person commented.

According to reports, someone who personally knew Tylor reached out through messages, and told her some details about the actor’s current condition.

They said, “Yes, Tylor needs medical attention, not money. But he refuses it. I appreciate your effort. But money would not be a benefit to him,” the alleged message read.

“I have gotten him several phones, but he loses them within a day or two. He can’t manage money or his meds by himself.”

Some fans also noticed in the past that Chase would post openly about his struggles with bipolar disorder. Some thought perhaps he had started to rely on illegal substances which perhaps spiralled into homelessness.

Hopefully, Tylor Chase is able to get the help he needs to lead a healthy and happy life. Share this with other fans of the actor who might want to know this update.
