Karoline Leavitt makes unexpected career move following “regrets” announcement

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt is set to appear on a nationwide college tour centered on “free speech,” alongside Erika Kirk.

The tour, titled the “This is the Turning Point USA Tour,” will begin at George Washington University on April 2, where Leavitt is scheduled to appear as the first guest speaker, according to VT. Kirk will then continue with appearances on college campuses across the country.

Conservative activist Charlie Kirk, a close ally of President Donald Trump, was shot and killed during an event at Utah Valley University on September 10. He was just 31 years old. His death sparked intense discussion about political violence in American society and reignited debates over free speech on social media.

According to the event’s official page, the tour is intended to carry on Charlie Kirk’s legacy. “Each stop is a chance to honor Charlie’s mission and keep the fight alive.

“We know he wouldn’t want us to surrender or be coerced into silence.

“Free speech is only free if we use our voice.”

This is the Turning Point USA Tour
Erika Kirk assumed a leading role within Turning Point USA following her husband’s death. The organization is known for promoting conservative political views among high school and college students.

The announcement of Leavitt’s appearance comes shortly after she shared a reflective post on Instagram, according to VT, listing what she described as things people “will never regret.”

“Things you’ll never regret: Praying, putting your phone down, listening over talking, calling your mom, reading the bible.

“Investing in memories, being thankful, forgiving others, forgiving yourself, giving a compliment, drinking more water, saying ‘I love you,’ and trusting god.”

The post appeared just days after criticism began circulating online over her involvement in the tour. Some responses were openly mocking. One user reportedly wrote on X: “Karoline Leavitt and Erika Kirk are headlining the Turning Point ‘Christian Blondes Speak Out On Stuff’ college tour.”
