Residents were left stunned Tuesday evening as giant hailstones

pounded the small town, turning what began as a calm night into a scene of chaos and awe.

The sudden storm rolled in without much warning, bringing fierce winds, thunder,

and hail so large that many compared it to golf balls —

and in some cases, even baseballs.

The deafening sound of ice slamming against roofs an

d cars echoed across the community as people rushed indoors to seek shelter.

Witnesses described the event as one of the

most intense storms they’ve ever seen

. “It sounded like rocks hitting the house,”

one resident said, still shaken by the force of the hail.
