Foods to remove red moles on the skin

Red moles, or cherry angiomas, are common, harmless skin growths made of small blood vessels. While they often appear with age, some people seek natural ways to prevent or reduce them. Though food won’t remove existing angiomas, a healthy diet can support skin and blood vessel health, potentially slowing new development.

1. Antioxidant-Rich Foods
Antioxidants protect skin and blood vessels from damage. Include berries, leafy greens, citrus fruits, and green tea. These support collagen, skin repair, and vascular strength.

2. Anti-Inflammatory Foods
Chronic inflammation can harm skin. Omega-3-rich fish, nuts, seeds, turmeric, and olive oil reduce inflammation and promote healthy skin.

3. Liver-Supporting Foods
Some believe poor liver function may affect skin. Support the liver with cruciferous vegetables, beets, garlic, and lemon water to aid detoxification and clarity.

4. Hydrating Foods
Hydration keeps skin supple. Watermelon, cucumbers, celery, and broths can help prevent irritation and vascular issues.

Foods to Avoid
Limit sugar, processed meats, alcohol, and refined carbs, as they may increase inflammation and worsen skin health.
