Loren Allred stuns on AGT All Stars with ”Greatest Showman”

When a singer named Loren stepped onto the America’s Got Talent stage, the audience had no idea they were about to witness history.

Revealed her secret
When Loren Allred took the stage on America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League, she didn’t just sing — she stunned. The moment the Pittsburgh native began her breathtaking rendition of “Never Enough” from The Greatest Showman, the audience was left speechless.

But the real shocker? Loren revealed that she was the powerhouse voice behind the original song, one of the most successful tracks of all time.

For years, Loren’s voice soared through speakers worldwide, but her face remained a mystery. It wasn’t until she gathered the courage to step forward on Britain’s Got Talent that the world finally saw the woman behind the platinum-selling hit. That brave decision paid off — earning her a standing ovation and Amanda Holden’s Golden Buzzer, catapulting her straight to the semi-finals.

Simon Cowell commented, ”You sang one of the biggest songs of all time. Why didn’t you get that big deal after the song?” Allred replied, ”I was more comfortable singing behind the scenes. But I feel kind of like the song was meant for me, and I’m kind of ready to put a face to the song. So I’m here to do that.”

The song that became an anthem
Loren’s journey hasn’t been a straight path to stardom. Back in 2012, she competed on America’s Got Talent Season 3 but was eliminated early on. She later admitted that she hadn’t shared enough of her personal story, something that deeply connects performers to audiences. But fate had other plans.

In 2017, her voice was chosen to bring life to “Never Enough” in The Greatest Showman, originally meant to be sung by actress Rebecca Ferguson. Even Rebecca knew Loren’s performance was unmatched, and the song became an anthem of passion and power.

Loren’s talent caught the attention of music icons, too. Michael Bublé discovered her after realizing that the stunning vocals in The Greatest Showman weren’t Rebecca’s but Loren’s. He invited her to duet on “Help Me Make It Through The Night” for his album Love. In 2021, she joined the legendary Andrea Bocelli on tour across the U.S., showcasing her versatile artistry alongside one of the greatest tenors of our time.

Not just a vocalist, Loren is also a songwriter. In 2021, she released her debut album, Late Bloomer, a heartfelt collection that reflects her personal journey, with tracks like “This Summer” serving as an anthem for anyone who’s ever felt a little lost.

Today, Loren Allred, 35, is finally claiming the spotlight she deserves. Her story is one of resilience, talent, and the courage to step out from the shadows. If you’re as captivated as we are, follow her journey on YouTube or her official Facebook page —because Loren Allred is just getting started.
