Barron Trump shows his true colours as he comes face to face with Joe Biden

Barron Trump was seen greeting Joe Biden and Kamala Harris with a handshake after his father Donald Trump was sworn in as the 47th president of the United States

Barron Trump came face to face with Joe Biden just moments after his father Donald Trump took the oath as the 47th president of the United States.

At the ripe age of 78, Donald Trump was inaugurated today (January 20) at the Capitol building by Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts.

With his right hand elevated, Trump swore in while his wife, Melania, stood by holding two weighty tomes: one a gift from his mother and the other, the revered Lincoln Bible that historical figures like Abraham Lincoln utilised back in 1861.

Before the ceremony unfolded, Trumps family procession made their way into the Capitol Rotunda, finding their seats in anticipation of the impending inauguration. The gathering featured his sons Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr, as well as his daughter Ivanka Trump.

But it was the youngest Barron who caught the attention of viewers who praised him for his politeness. He was seen extending a courteous handshake to then-outgoing President Joe Biden and former Vice-President Kamala Harris following his father’s swearing-in.

Lip reader Jeremy Freeman revealed that the 18-year-old cordially greeted Mr Biden with “G’day to you sir”, before turning to Kamala Harris and saying, “Ma’am, good day”

The video capturing Barron’s behaviour sent shockwaves across X with many praising him for his “class”, reports the Irish Star.

“Barron has been raised right,” one said. Meanwhile, a second added: “Barron Trump 2044 campaign starts now.”

X user Miss Meg could not hold back her approval, posting: “Such a classy, well brought up young man. As a mother, I am moved. God bless him.

BREAKING: Young National Poet Amanda Gorman Just Released a Poem About Alex Pretti — and It’s Breaking Hearts Nationwide. Nobody saw this coming. Amid the shock and pain over Alex Pretti’s death, a poem has suddenly appeared — not from a random voice, but from Amanda Gorman, one of America’s most powerful young poets. The lines aren’t just words on a page. They feel like the echo of a moment that hasn’t stopped echoing in people’s minds. The piece reflects loss, betrayal, and a deep, unfiltered sorrow — the kind of sorrow that can’t be spun into a hashtag or swept under the rug. It’s raw. It’s urgent. It’s the kind of verse that feels like someone looked directly at a national wound and dared to name it. And that’s what’s going viral. Because the poem doesn’t just mourn a life tragically lost. It asks a question about what it means to be seen… acknowledged… remembered. People are saying they’ve never heard her write like this before — that this piece feels like something bigger than art. Something collective. Something that refuses to stay silent. Watch the video of the poem — and read the lines everyone can’t stop talking about.
