Lindsay Lohan fans baffled over her appearance after noticing something missing

Fans have noticed something a little different with actress Lindsay Lohan’s face, and now they know why.

Lohan has graced our screens for decades, providing fantastic watches for young girls and women.

There was the Parent Trap, Freaky Friday, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen and of course, Mean Girls.

But Lohan decided to step out of the limelight in the late 2000s, and went on to move to Dubai. She took some much-needed time away from the big screen, and a while later, came back with a bang – but she looked a little different.

When she appeared in Netflix’s 2022 festive flick Falling For Christmas, she looked youthful, glowing… and something was very obviously missing from her face, but nobody could pin-point it.

She then went on to do a movie called Irish Wish, which dropped on the streaming site on 15 March of this year.

Now that she’s fully back in the spotlight and giving press interviews, people have realised what’s so different.

When she recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, it became clear that she no longer had her iconic freckles.

The 38-year-old surprised fans when they noticed that the natural redhead suddenly no longer had her marks.

One person on Instagram asked: “Wait doesn’t she have freckles??”

While some thought she was simply covering them with makeup, others believed that she had decided to get them lasered off.

Regardless, people were happy that she looked healthy.

It was only last year that she posted a video to her social media about her freckles, saying she had finally come to ‘love’ them.

She wrote under an image of her bare face: “They used to make me uncomfortable as a kid, but now I realize how beautiful they are.”

The Disney child star has been through a lot in her life, from drugs and alcohol issues to court hearings for driving under the influence. But now, fans have nicknamed her glow up as the ‘Lohannaissance.’

However, it’s all natural.

According to a source, she has undergone ‘natural beauty procedures.’

The person told Daily Mail: “She has a great relationship with Balenciaga who has been in talks with her to sign with them for a campaign. Lindsay is also working on a couple of different top secret projects that are already done.

Lohan originally played Cady Heron in the first Mean Girls back in 2004 (Paramount Pictures)

“She loves fashion and is working with a couple of big name European designers.”

“Lindsay has not had any work done,” the source went on. “Her appearance is due to her healthy lifestyle. She does not do drugs, eats really well, loves to do cleanses.”

They added: “She is constantly getting facials and other natural beauty procedures. She is also doing Pilates and working out. She is in better shape than she has ever been.”

Even the actress thinks it’s funny that people believe she has gone under the knife, telling Allure: “I just take care of my skin.”
