Farewell To The Legend Actor – Look Where He’s Heading

Richard Gere, the acclaimed American actor, has sold his Connecticut estate for almost 11 million dollars, according to PEOPLE.

He plans to relocate to Spain. The 75-year-old actor, considered one of the sexiest men alive, bought the New Canaan home in 2022 for $10.8 million—$50,000 more than his recent sale price.

He purchased it from singer-songwriters Paul Simon and Edie Brickell, who had originally acquired it for $16.5 million, taking a significant loss.
Gere lived on the property with his wife, Alejandra Silva (41), for two years and once considered turning it into a farm. Built in 1938, the house features six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a pool, multiple gardens, and a three-bedroom guest cottage across 32 acres.
