Barron Trump ‘shut down’ entire floor of Trump Tower for his date

Barron Trump is back in Washington. He spends his sophomore year at Stern Business School’s DC campus, and that means living at the White House once again. Rumors about him having a girlfriend in New York surfaced earlier this year, and his security detail has been tight. So much that a new shocking claim says an entire floor of Trump Tower in New York was shut down because of it.

Since Barron’s first year of college began, rumors about his life have swirled in the papers. He was said to have tried to make friends on campus by playing video games online, but sometimes, the fact that he has secret service agents around him could be an obstacle.

Due to the fear of his number being leaked, Barron was not allowed to disclose his phone number. Instead, he chats with pals through video games.

“It’s his work around,” a source told Page Six in April, “He’s still troubleshooting. [Giving out his number creates more trouble than it’s worth.”

“If people get the number, they would give it out and then a million people would be calling nonstop,” the source added, “You’d have to change the number constantly and it’d become a merry-go-round.”

Secret Service agents follow Barron’s every step. He was driven to and from campus in a large Secret Service vehicle, and even in his private life, for example, when it comes to dating, there is no difference.

Rumors about Barron having a new girlfriend swirled earlier this summer, and not long ago, he had a date at Trump Tower, where he grew up and later lived while at the NYC campus. In fact, PageSix now reports that the Secret Service decided to cancel the entire floor because of Barron’s date.

So, where do agents draw the line about not intruding on the private life of the person they are protecting? Barron might feel protected by the Secret Service, but can he have a relationship without them watching him closely?

Speaking to People Magazine in early June, a political source said, “He can have a girlfriend as the Secret Service guys are well-versed on how to handle this. Anyone who says being under Secret Service protection would keep him from dating is way off.”

The source added that, over the years, the agents have seen pretty much everything while protecting families of all ages, saying that “their stories could fill an X-rated novel!”
