The crash occurred just after 7 a.m. at the busy intersection of Pine Avenue and Monroe Street, a crossing that was suddenly transformed into chaos as the Dougherty County EMS ambulance rolled over from the impact. Officials later confirmed that inside the ambulance were three EMS personnel and two patients at the time of the crash.
