Hunter Biden, the son of Joe Biden, has shared his thoughts on Donald Trump. Speaking with MeidasTouch, the son of the former president attacked Trump for allegedly having a conflict of interest over the presidency.
Hunter Biden was in hot water during his father, Joe Biden’s, presidency. He had pleaded guilty to tax charges and was found guilty of being an illegal drug user in possession of a gun in June. He became the first child of a sitting president to be convicted of a crime.
However, as Joe Biden left office, he issued an official pardon for his son. In a statement, the then-president said his son had been “singled out” and called his cases “a miscarriage of justice.
The decision didn’t go down well with then-President-Elect Donald Trump, who branded it “abuse and miscarriage of Justice!” However, in recent months, the Trump family has been accused of having conflicts of interest.
Donald and his family have been accused of “profiting” from their control over multiple levels of power. For example, Donald Trump Jr. received a $620 million contract from the U.S. Department of Defense for a rare-earth magnets startup, and claims of insider trading have also been raised.

Meanwhile, Jared Kushner, the president’s son-in-law, has been involved in peace talks, where he has also had real estate interests, which many have reacted to.
Now, Hunter Biden is attacking Donald Trump for it. In an interview with Luke Radel for MeidasTouch, He said the “hypocrisy knows no bounds.”
“It’s almost too much to keep up with, every single day, whether it’s the World Liberty Financial news that just came out, how they took loans against their own token.”
Hunter Biden refered to a report last week from CoinDesk, which reported that the Trump cryptocurrency venture used 5 billion of its own tokens to borrow $75 million on the Dolemite leading platform, which was co-founded by WLF adviser Corey Caplan.
While Hunter Biden said he wasn’t opposed to crypto, he stated that Donald Trump and his family have been allowed to ‘steal’ a part of the sector and “corrupted it, almost completely.”
White House responds
He continued: “Whether it’s Don Jr’s pay-for-play executive club in Georgetown or whether it’s the defense contracts that they’re getting for startup drone companies with Israeli technology or building towers in Saudi Arabia and in the Emirates…It’s just literally… almost on a daily basis, you realize that, as I’ve said to people, I will be surprised when they leave the White House if they have not taken the copper pipes out of the walls.”
White House spokeswoman Olivia Wales told AOL, President Trump is one of the most successful businessmen in the world, yet he was willing to set aside his real estate empire to run for President and save our great country. The only special interest guiding President Trump is the best interest of the American people.”
