Bonnie Blue handed hefty punishment for ‘BangBus’ stunt

Adult star Bonnie Blue has been consistently making headlines all year long. Her most recent bout in the press has been because of a stunt she pulled while she was in Bali.

Things are getting dire now. Keep reading to know more.

26-year-old Tia Billinger, who goes by the name of Bonnie Blue, is an adult content creator from the UK. Earlier this month, she arrived back to her home country after she was deported from Indonesia following a court appearance after she violated the country’s laws.

She arrived in Bali at the same time as Australia’s ‘schoolies’ which involves newly graduated highschoolers heading to popular tourist destinations for a week-long vacation as they celebrate the completion of their exams.

Police detained Blue along with 33 others during a raid of a production studio in Bali. The men were subsequently released but Bonnie Blue and three members of her team were kept detained while they awaited a hearing from immigration.

She was facing over ten years in jail for violating Bali’s strict morality laws.

She was found guilty in a court for ‘violating traffic regulations by using an open-back truck for goods but carrying people on the open-back truck’ and was fined 200,000 Indonesian rupiah ($12). The 26-year-old was also deported from Bali for violating her tourist visa by working.

She has also been banned from Indonesia for ten years.

The authorities did not press charges for alleged production of pornographic content as they only found content which was ‘private video footage’ on her phone.

Director General of Immigration Yuldi Yusman issued a statement saying the footage was ‘not for public distribution.’ The statement also said that Blue had ‘entered Indonesia using a visa on arrival for commercial content production that could potentially cause public unrest’.

The statement went on to say, “Therefore, we imposed a 10-year entry ban because these activities aren’t in line with the government’s efforts to maintain Bali’s quality tourism image and respect for local cultural values.”

When she returned to the UK earlier this month, she finally posted on Instagram again. She posted content from the day she was set to go to trial.

She said in the video, “Get ready with me for trial. I really wanted to wear my ‘Schoolies T-shirt’, family have strongly said don’t, still gonna take it, see what my lawyer says.”

As she got ready, she talked to the camera, saying, “I don’t really know what to expect today, I just know we’re gonna meet a judge and it’s a court. Police will be there, immigration will be there, press will be there.”

She also hit out at immigration and the police, saying that they ‘keep crying’ about the media, though she maintained that it was them who ‘leaked’ stuff to the media in the first place.

She went on to allege in the video that the ‘girl that organised the whole trip’ for her took a ‘big chunk’ of her ‘£75,000 fee’ and was the one who allegedly ‘reported her to the police’.
