Plastic surgeon’s cosmetic work leaves people in disbelief

Turkey’s Viral Plastic Surgery Transformation Stuns Viewers

Plastic surgery often sparks debate, but its popularity is growing — especially in Turkey, now a global hub for affordable, high-quality cosmetic procedures.

A viral TikTok video from Turkish surgeon “Dr May” showed a dramatic transformation of 68-year-old Miss Dilek, who underwent a rhinoplasty, facelift, and eyelid surgery over two years. The results were so striking that viewers questioned if the before-and-after photos showed the same person.

The video sparked thousands of comments and added to Turkey’s reputation as a hotspot for medical tourism.

Over 100,000 people travel there annually for procedures, drawn by skilled surgeons and low costs.

With results like these, Turkey’s plastic surgery scene continues to draw global attention.
