Donald Trump’s furious response to Joe Biden after his ‘forbidden’ comments

In an unexpected move that broke an unspoken rule in American politics, Joe Biden openly criticized the current administration during a recent speech in Chicago.

And as expected, Donald Trump wasn’t about to let that slide.

A rare move

On Tuesday, Joe Biden made his first public speech since leaving the White House at the Advocates, Counselors, and Representatives for the Disabled conference in Chicago. It was a highly anticipated moment, as many have been waiting for Biden’s response to constant attacks from Donald Trump.

Trump has made it a daily habit to blame Biden for everything from inflation and skyrocketing food prices to the ongoing war in Ukraine. He regularly dubs Biden ”the worst president the U.S. has ever had” during his press conferences. So, it was only a matter of time before Biden decided to hit back.

In a rare move that broke the unspoken tradition of silence among former presidents, Biden openly criticized Trump’s handling of Social Security.

”They want to let social security expire every five years – that was a proposal – unless re-authorized by the Congress. Who the hell do they think they are?”

He also slammed his predecessor for raising the debt ceiling after giving what Biden called a ”profligate tax” cut to the super-wealthy.

”Last time this guy had the job he raised the debt ceiling because of an enormous and profligate tax to the super wealthy.”

Fiery response

Not surprisingly, Donald Trump didn’t waste any time responding to Joe Biden’s comments. True to his direct style, he fired back quickly.

In a fiery post shared this morning (April 16) on Truth Social, Donald Trump took aim at his political rivals once again, with no hesitation to call out Joe Biden directly. Trump didn’t hold back, declaring ”Sleepy Joe Biden” as “THE WORST PRESIDENT IN THE HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES.”

Trump’s comments came as part of his ongoing crusade against crime and illegal immigration. He specifically criticized Biden’s handling of border security, accusing him of allowing “millions and millions of criminals” — including murderers, drug dealers, and people released from prisons and mental institutions—to flood into the U.S. due to what he called the “dangerous and ill-conceived Open Border” policy.

Trump went further to emphasize, “Sorry, but it’s my job to get these killers and thugs out of here. THAT’S WHAT I GOT ELECTED TO DO. MAGA!”

In his post, Trump also alluded to his recent stance on potentially deporting U.S. citizens convicted of violent crimes if a legal pathway could be found, continuing his crackdown on crime.

But Trump didn’t stop there. In another post, he responded to former president Barack Obama, who criticized Trump’s decision to halt $2.3 billion in funding to Harvard. Trump took aim at the university, claiming, “Harvard has been hiring almost all woke, Radical Left, idiots and ‘birdbrains’ who are only capable of teaching FAILURE to students and so-called ‘future leaders.’”

“Harvard is a JOKE, teaches Hate and Stupidity, and should no longer receive Federal Funds. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” Trump added.

As the political battle between these leaders intensifies, it’s clear that the verbal sparring shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. What do you think, will Biden respond to Trump again?
