Born and raised with two siblings, a brother and a sister, Seka had what she described as a “plain, normal childhood.” Her family later relocated to Hopewell, Virginia, where she was known by the nickname “Dottie.”
During her high school years at Hopewell High, Seka’s beauty and charm earned her recognition when she won a local beauty pageant. This success led to her being crowned Miss Southside Virginia, further cementing her status as a rising star in her community.
