Here’s an easy recipe for Marble Cheesecake:

Ingredients:

For the crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup sugar
For the filling:

16 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
½ cup chocolate chips (or fruit puree for a fruit version)
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
Make the Crust:
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Prepare the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated.
Create the Marble Effect:
Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the crust. Melt the chocolate chips (or prepare the fruit puree) and drizzle it over the filling. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the chocolate or fruit into the batter. Then pour the remaining cheesecake filling on top and swirl again.
Bake:
Bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for about an hour.
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Enjoy your delicious Marble Cheesecake!
